We are developing a novel method to predict, identify and avoid common, life-threatening ICU complications such as Acute Kidney Injury using a pioneering bedside Urine Output (UO) Measuring Device for hospitalized patients. Combining a unique mechanical disposable and an electronic controller.

Position Overview:

Serenno Medical is looking for our first Clinical Manager to join us - a strong and versatile team member to lead the clinical development process, which includes several clinical trials, work with regulatory and R&D teams and high level strategy. 

The Clinical Manager will be a key player in the process of transitioning the device from MVP to a commercial, clinically validated product.


Responsibilities: 

  • Responsibility for all operational aspects of planning and running Clinical Trials and site performance.
  • Clinical strategy management - developing future CT protocols and workflow procedures before, during and after the trials.
  • Selecting, contracting, training and managing clinical trial subcontractors and personnel (sites, CROs, support team), including the compilation of training materials and study operational tools and documentation. 
  • Site selection, qualification, initiation, management and close-out (performed on-site and remotely), ensuring proper regulatory compliance and adherence.
  • Analysis of data obtained from the trials and generating high-level reports.
  • Developing and maintaining active relationships with medical professionals, focus groups and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Maintaining a high degree of knowledge and familiarity with the target market and the current scientific and medical state of the art. 


 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (must):

  • BSc in life science or related degrees.
  • Good communication and soft skills. 
  • Self motivated, self starting, team player.
  • Computer skills: highly proficient in office software and web based applications.
  • Attention to details.
  • Must be able to work in hospital environment.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional): 

  • GCP/CRA.
  • Experience with medical device regulatory requirements.
  • Management experience.
  • Statistical knowhow.
  • Documentation using ISO13485.
